RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

**last chance or customized items are not eligible for exchange or return

if there was a mistake with your order, your item(s) arrived damaged or defective, you ordered the incorrect size, or if you are not satisfied with your purchase you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. 

our rope leashes are backed by a lifetime safety guarantee. if at any point during usage you experience issues with your leash that threaten the safety of your pup you may request a repair, replacement, or refund. if a refund is requested, you do not need to return the item. 

**this lifetime guarantee ONLY applies to faulty hardware. normal wear and tear (i.e. scratches in metal hardware, staining in rope, discoloration) are NOT safety concerns and therefore are not reasons for repairs, replacements, or refunds.

SHIPPING FEES

all domestic orders (within the united states) do not have to pay for shipping on their return or exchange.

international returns are required to pay 50% of the shipping fee (usually about 7 USD). this fee will be taken out of the refunded amount. international exchanges are required to cover the full shipping costs for the item that is sent back.
